A handful of zeal,
and a stain of indifference,
A pinchful of arrogance,
and a faint odor of empathy,
A meter long of thick skin,
a somewhat stiff heart,
and a veil of illusion of civility and sophistication,
A muddle of ignorance,
and occasional sparks of knowledge and reason,
A tinge of sexiness and desire,
a blob of esteem and self-reflection,
A conundrum of belief and hope, despair and misery,
A blend of calmness and serenity,
worry and pain,
make up the human we all try to pretend.
